I want to provide an environment where you feel like you can be your best self. This happens by providing a safe space for you to feel cozy, welcomed and heard. When you are in the right space and with the right person, it gives you the ability to be open to discuss any issues or concerns to improve and become the best version of you.
Through feeling heard, recognizing, & connecting patterns in your life, you will be able to feel empowered to make changes. I see my role as someone who will provide feedback and assist you with getting in touch with and exploring root causes, themes, commonalities and contributing factors of issues at hand.
Additionally, I want to assist you with managing stressors, improving your functioning, and getting “unstuck”. Part of this process is connection- connecting you with yourself, others and developing a sense of belonging
